The Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Dartmouth College Child Care Center including meeting the needs of children and families, program and curriculum, enrollment, staff hiring and supervision, and physical plant. The Director leads center staff in creating a warm, caring and safe early care and education environment.

Skills & Knowledge:
Minimum of two years of experience in administering early childhood educational settings.
Baccalaureate degree or substantial coursework in early childhood education or related field plus nine credits in business administration or a state credential in education administration is required.
Master's degree preferred.
