The Assistant Director of Donor Research and Recognition reports to the Director of Stewardship and Advancement Services and is responsible for identifying, researching, and analyzing prospects for major gift cultivation and solicitation, and for developing and executing a comprehensive program for donor recognition.
Working collaboratively with the Research and Database Manager, the successful candidate will plan and execute creative strategies to identify sources of major gifts ($25,000+), using research techniques and electronic searching methodologies to ensure that campus-wide strategic initiatives have sufficient prospects to meet fundraising goals. This position is an integral member of the advancement team, as Episcopal prepares to launch the largest comprehensive campaign in the School’s history.
