Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development equivalent; active Director Credentials;past center director experience. Proven ability to work in a variety of work setting with flexibility and professionalism. Â Must have working knowledge of sound fiscal principals. Ability to interact with people of all ethnic backgrounds, ages and lifestyles. Ability to use computers and experience with a variety of software applications.
