The Trinity Preschool, an educational cornerstone for nearly 35 years in Lower Manhattan’s Battery Park City, is searching for a Preschool Director. At Trinity, we nurture wholeness in mind, body and spirit of our infants, toddlers and preschoolers from three months to five years of age. Our preschool is affiliated with Trinity Church Wall Street—located at the head of Wall Street—which has been part of New York City’s and our nation’s history since its charter in 1697. We are an Episcopal parish offering daily worship services and faith formation programs at Trinity Church, St. Paul’s Chapel, and online at www.trinitywallstreet.org. Our preschool is an inclusive program and serves children and families regardless of faith or affiliation.
Our Preschool Director provides leadership and governance of our preschool operations by overseeing all academic, programming, financial and operational aspects of the school in alignment with Trinity Church Wall Street’s mission and core values. Trinity is seeking an experienced and accomplished educational leader who is caring, compassionate, mission- and outcomes-driven, and has a track record of leading the educational initiatives in premier, purpose-driven preschool settings. Trinity Preschool is a member of the Independent Schools Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY) and the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES).
At Trinity Church Wall Street, we reward our benefits-eligible team members with a rich collection of benefits, programs and perks including: highly competitive wages (commensurate with experience), paid holidays, paid vacation, personal and sick time, group health coverage, a retirement savings plan, employee events, and wellness and professional development programs.
Trinity Church Wall Street is an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V. We participate in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee to confirm work authorization.
